1. Data retained and purposes
Brunel retains the link between the Brunel account and the Discord account, as well as the technical metadata of tickets: server and ticket identifiers, dates, and status. This data allows for the verification of the link, the organization of support, and the prevention of abuse.
Brunel does not archive any messages, attachments, or conversation transcripts in its support database. Messages and files present on the Discord platform are subject to Discord's rules and may remain accessible there.
2. Assistance by artificial intelligence
The description provided to support may be temporarily processed by Amazon Bedrock to propose a diagnosis and determine if human intervention is necessary. It is not added to the account database or business reports.
Support should not receive any passwords, access tokens, cloud keys, bank data, or unnecessary personal data. The detection and deletion of secrets do not guarantee the identification of all sensitive information. The conditions of location of service providers are detailed on the page Service providers.
3. Retention periods
Ticket metadata is retained for thirty days after closure, with a maximum duration of one hundred and eighty days since their creation. Cleaning is daily; an interruption of this process may delay the actual deletion.
CAPTCHA proofs expire after ten minutes and OAuth requests after five minutes. Account links remain retained until dissociation or account deletion. No Discord OAuth token is stored in the link database.
4. Dissociation and deletion
The link can be managed from the Discord liaison space. Disassociation requires a new Discord authorization to also remove the linked role metadata. Deleting the Brunel account removes its local link; without new authorization, it does not remotely remove the connection retained by Discord.
Deletion of Brunel metadata does not automatically remove Discord channels, messages, or attachments. A request concerning this content must be addressed to the server administrators or to Discord, depending on its nature.
5. Backups and internal communications
Data deleted from the active database may persist in its encrypted backups, subject to a current retention period of seven days. Migration and rollback archives follow a separate cycle; they are not retroactively deleted by the cleaning of the active database.
Operational alerts are designed to limit the information transmitted to the necessary technical data and aggregates. No secrets, bank data, or arbitrary execution commands on client infrastructures should be transmitted through these communications.
6. Rights and contact
The rights, legal bases, and request procedures are specified in the confidentiality policy. For a question or request concerning the metadata retained by Brunel, contact contact@brunel.cloud.
A company whose data is processed on its behalf may request the specific subcontracting commitments described in the data processing framework.
