2. Hosting and service providers

The main hosting of the application and its database is provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL. The main environment is deployed in the AWS Europe Paris region.

Hosting provider contact details: 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Site : https://aws.amazon.com.

Payment, identity, artificial intelligence, and support services may involve other providers. Their functions and processing conditions are described on the page Providers and data localization and the confidentiality policy.

3. Nature of the service

Brunel provides tools for analyzing code repositories, designing cloud architectures, estimating costs, and generating infrastructure files. The produced architectures, estimates, and files must be reviewed and validated by the client before use.

Generating an architecture does not deploy the corresponding cloud resources. Any deployment integration requires action and authorization from the client. Security audit services constitute a separate scope: they may use temporary read permissions, limited by the audit contract. They do not require the deposit of permanent cloud access keys.

The accessibility of a page or the presentation of a feature does not constitute an accepted order, a commitment to availability, or a security certification. The applicable conditions are set forth in the general terms and conditions and, where applicable, in the contract concluded with the client.

4. Intellectual property

The Brunel brand, its visual identity, interfaces, documentation, and service code are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Their publication does not transfer any rights beyond those expressly granted.

The client retains its rights over the repositories and content it submits. It may use the generated files for its business needs, subject to the rights and licenses of third-party components. Brand elements are available on the page Brand identity ; their provision does not constitute a general authorization for commercial use of the brand.

5. Contact and reporting

For a legal question, a complaint, or a report concerning the service, write to contact@brunel.cloud. Describe the fact concerned, its date, and the elements useful for its examination. Do not transmit any secret, password, or bank data in your request.

Requests concerning personal data are subject to the modalities detailed in the confidentiality policy. Security reports can be sent through the channel indicated on the page Security.
